The 3DHistech MacroStation is a high-performance recording system, which produces macro shots of tissue sections. The state-of-the-art camera technology photographs the tissue samples with high colour fidelity and saves them as digital files, allowing them to be processed directly on the monitor. You can therefore mark and comment on the corresponding area even before preparing the frozen section. This is particularly useful for pathologists in the field of frozen section analysis, as including the original tissue image in the final findings (case file) provides universal transparency throughout all stages. Thanks to its stainless steel cover, the MacroStation is also perfectly suited for sterile laboratory environments.
